Three of us; Rod & Ruth, and her mum, Mary travelled on an overnighter to Annapolis Royal last Thursday to get some understanding of what we might paint next month at the Annapolis Royal paint on site. We stayed at Hillsborough House, the oldest inn in town. There are about a dozen places to stay not counting motels on the outskirts of the village. All of them are in impressivbe Victorian edifices. Hillsborough House has a surround of 12 acres including lawns, gardens and walkways.

Mary Taking the Lay of the Land at Annapolis Royal
