Saturday Night Music

This was a bit tight in an 11"x14" format and is based on a photo submitted by a patron. I rather liked the photographic distortions which I could have removed using Photoshop. The tipsy bottles and fanned walls seem to relate to the theme? I did exchange a ketch bottle for a Mateuse (painted from memory. I haven't consumed wine regularly in a long time). The figures were further apart in the original and I scrubbed a background staircase as irrelevant. The stages in production can be found at my regular website under "New 2008".
