Can spring be far behind?

Consistent sunshine at last but windy or this wreath would still be in place a couple of doors away. Temperature about plus twelve Celsius, which is decent for bare-handed walking, and I was out and about for two hours. The number of browned wreaths still in place bespeaks the continuance of mid-winter blahs. The snow is 99.9 % gone but Lunenburg is hardly picture perfect although their are signs of struggle against peeling paint and clogged infrastructure.
