Lunenburg is the small red dot. This map showing average storm tracks for this time of year explains why we have had a lot of rain. We have only had rain because temperatures here on the southwestern coast of Nova Scotia have been slightly above the freezing mark most days this winter. They complain about the pile ups when they do come but really accumulations have been laughably small compared with more northern places which are still without power and still digging out from the last one. That storm tracked out of Quebec and Ontario and was notable. Here on the coast, we do have wind like you wouldn't believe.
